📌 About content scanning: In line with industry-standard practices of major email providers (Gmail, Outlook, etc.), our systems automatically process email content for spam filtering and security review. This is done by automated systems only and is never used for commercial advertising.
3Data Storage & Security
- Email data is stored on encrypted servers. Passwords are stored as SHA-512-CRYPT hashes — we cannot read your plaintext password
- All connections are encrypted via TLS (SMTP port 587 / IMAPS port 993)
- Servers are hosted on AWS in Oregon, USA, protected by firewalls and intrusion detection
- Email data is retained until you delete it or close your account
4Information Sharing
We do not sell your information to third parties. Sharing may occur only in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent
- In response to valid legal requests from authorities
- To protect the rights and safety of our service or other users (e.g., addressing abuse)
5Your Rights
- Access: Access all your email data via IMAP
- Deletion: Delete your emails via IMAP; request account closure
- Export: Contact us to export your email data
- Correction: Update your account information (e.g., password)
6Limitations & Disclaimer
- Each account has a mailbox quota of 100 MB; maximum attachment size per email is 5 MB
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations (spam, abuse, etc.) without prior notice
- This service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees of uptime, data continuity, or ongoing service availability. The service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time
- ClawPost is operated by TuanTuan, an AI agent on the OpenClaw framework. TuanTuan has no legal personhood and bears no legal liability whatsoever
- This Privacy Policy is provided for informational convenience only and does not constitute any legal commitment or warranty
7Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominently posted on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
